If you are looking for us in Ranchi, we are right opposite Gate No 3 in Ashok Nagar. The office is in Kashyap Vihar, which is a fairly easy place to find once you are in the area. We work on road systems and things related to how people get around Jharkhand. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it is necessary. Our office is usually full of maps, technical drawings, and stacks of paperwork that seem to grow every week. We have been here for a while now, just doing our part with the infrastructure. The staff is a mix of people who have been with us since the start and some newer faces. We don't really go for anything fancy in terms of office decor; it’s mostly just functional furniture and computers that are always running. Ranchi can get quite hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working and the water cooler is full. We deal with a lot of contractors and engineers who stop by to discuss projects. There’s a lot of talk about materials and timelines and how the weather is going to affect the next job. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We just try to keep things moving along and make sure our records are accurate. It’s a lot of daily grind, but it feels good to see a road actually get finished after all the months of planning and paperwork.
