Our office is located at 1242, Sector 10-A in Gurgaon. We deal with insurance and financial services, but we do it from a small, local office rather than a big skyscraper. The building is just a regular house in the sector, and we’ve set up our workspace on the ground floor. It feels very much like a part of the neighborhood. People from the nearby houses often drop in just to ask a quick question or to drop off some papers. We don’t have any big marketing budgets or fancy ads. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know us by name. The office is often filled with stacks of files and various forms that need to be filled out. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend our time looking at different plans and trying to figure out what works for the people who come to us. It’s a slow and steady kind of work. We have a small table where we sit with people to go over their finances. There’s no pressure or corporate vibe here. We just talk like regular people and try to be helpful. The street outside is usually lined with parked cars and a few trees. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time. We’ve been here for years and don’t really plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon.
