We run Mercury Car Rental Ltd out of Najafgarh. Specifically, we're in Vetesta Enclave over in Kashmiri Colony, just off Paprawat Road. It’s a bit out of the main New Delhi center, but it works for us. We have a fleet of cars that we keep track of. Most of our days are spent checking engines, cleaning interiors, and making sure the drivers know where they are going. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don't have a big showroom with lights and music. It’s more of a yard and a small office where we keep the keys. People call us when they need a ride to the airport or a trip out of town. We try to be on time, but Delhi traffic is always a mess, so we tell people to plan ahead. We aren't some massive international agency; we're just local folks who know the roads around here. Sometimes a car breaks down or someone gets a flat tire, and we have to go out and sort it. That’s just part of the job. We don't use fancy marketing slogans. We just tell you the price and show you the car. It’s a simple way to do business. We’ve been in Najafgarh for a long time, so we know the neighborhood well.
