Mercer Consulting (I) Pvt Ltd is located at Dda Sfs Flat 539 in Sector 18B of the L&T area in Dwarka, New Delhi. It’s a bit of a unique setup because we are operating out of a flat rather than a traditional office building. This gives the place a much more homey and lived-in feel than those sterile corporate offices you see elsewhere. Sector 18B is a part of Dwarka that is quite easy to navigate once you get the hang of the blocks. Being in Flat 539 means we have a few rooms dedicated to different parts of the consulting work we do. It can get a bit tight when we have all the staff in at the same time, but we don't mind. We have our computers set up on regular tables and we use the kitchen area for our tea breaks. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so you’ll see stacks of documents here and there. We don't really have a fancy sign or a big lobby to greet people. We just focus on the consulting tasks and try to keep things moving along. Dwarka is a good place for us because it’s a bit removed from the absolute chaos of central New Delhi, but still close enough to everything. We’re just a small team of professionals doing our job in a quiet corner of the city. No big marketing plans or anything, just daily work.
