Mdlr Airlines has its office at House Number 1051 in Sector 39, Gurgaon. It’s a fairly large house, but it’s definitely an office now. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet compared to the rest of the city. Inside, we’ve converted the rooms into different departments. One room is for ticketing, another is for management, and the living area is where we have our meetings. It still has the original flooring and some of the old fixtures, which gives it a bit of character. We don’t have fancy glass walls or high-speed elevators. We just walk up the stairs and sit at our desks. There’s a small courtyard where we sometimes sit during our breaks to get away from the screens. Most of the work involves keeping track of flight schedules, dealing with government paperwork, and making sure the crew knows where they need to be. It’s a lot of logistical work that keeps us busy from morning until late at night. We’re just a small team of people trying to keep an airline running from a residential sector. We get our snacks from the local market and everyone knows the postman by name. It’s not what you’d imagine for an airline office, but it works for us. It’s practical, it’s nearby, and it’s where we get the job done every day.
