We have been at the C-1/2809 spot in Sushant Lok-1 for a good while now. It’s a busy corner of Gurgaon, especially when the offices nearby let out for lunch. Most of our day is just spent making sure the burgers are ready and the floor isn't too sticky. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just the usual routine you’d expect from any McDonalds in India. Some of the staff have been here since this branch first opened up. Haryana summers get pretty brutal, so the AC is always working overtime to keep the place decent for whoever walks in. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood every single day. The address is fairly easy to find once you get into the G.F. area of the complex. Usually, it’s just about keeping the fries hot and making sure no one is waiting around too long at the counter. Sometimes the delivery riders are everywhere in the mornings, which makes things a bit hectic. We just try to keep the line moving and the tables wiped down. It is a job like any other, but we like the people who stop by. If you live around Gurgaon, you have probably passed our door a dozen times. We don't have a big story to tell. We just open up early, stay busy, and close up late. The team is mostly local people who just want to get things right and keep the customers happy without any extra fuss.
