We are located at S-243 on the ground floor of the Scottish Castle building in Uppals Southend. It’s right there on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. Most days, it’s quite busy around here because of all the people coming and going. We started this place because we wanted to be part of the local community. The office isn't very large, just enough space for us to get the daily work done. Sometimes the traffic on Sohna Road gets really bad, so some of the staff arrive a bit late, but we manage somehow. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people who drop by. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a regular office with some chairs and desks that have seen better days. We have a small pantry where we make tea and sometimes share snacks during the afternoon break. People in the building know us by name, which is nice. We don't really have big meetings or anything; we just talk over the desks when something needs to be fixed. The floor is a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we try to keep it tidy. It's a decent place to work and we’ve been here for a while now. Most of our day is just handling the usual paperwork and making sure things are running okay. It gets a bit loud when the school buses pass by outside, but you get used to it.
