We've been at Vyapar Kendra for a while now. It's F.F.81 if you are looking for us on the first floor. Sushant Lok-1 is usually busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get somewhere. We mostly handle travel stuff, like booking cars or figuring out bus routes for people. It's not a huge office, just a spot where we keep our papers and talk to customers who drop by. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow so people just take the stairs. Gurgaon weather gets really dusty in the summer, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass. We started this because we knew the roads well and people needed help getting around. It’s mostly just us sitting here with a few phones and some maps. People come in asking about trains or maybe a taxi to the airport. We don't have fancy coffee machines or anything, just a water cooler in the corner. Sometimes it gets loud outside because of the market, but we're used to it by now. My cousin helps out on weekends when things get a bit more hectic with bookings. We just try to keep things moving and make sure nobody misses their ride. It's a simple setup and we like being in this part of town because everything is close. Most of our regulars live nearby in the blocks and we know them by name. We just do our work and go home.
