Marriott Hotels

We are based out of Sector 56 in Gurgaon, specifically at 304, Mariners Home on Plot No - 36 D. This location for Marriott Hotels isn't one of the big buildings you see by the highway. It is more of a quiet office where we handle the behind-the-scenes work. There are a few of us here every day, dealing with the administrative side of things. The Mariners Home building is tucked away a bit, so it's a peaceful place to get work done compared to the busier parts of Haryana. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and making calls to the different properties. It is a lot of spreadsheets and emails, honestly. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee, and that's where most of our breaks happen. The office is functional, with just enough space for our files and equipment. It’s not a place where guests usually come to stay, but rather where the coordination happens. The neighborhood around Sector 56 is nice, and we often go out for a quick walk during lunch. We have our routines and we stick to them. It is just a group of people making sure the paperwork side of the hotel world stays organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, or the AC is too cold, but we are used to it. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing at Plot No - 36 D. It might not look like much from the outside, but we stay busy every day.
