Out here at 73 Imt Manesar, things are a bit more spread out. Sector 4 is a big area, and being at Mark & Space Telesystems Pvt Ltd means we are part of a large industrial community. We have a decent-sized space, but it’s mostly taken up by equipment and testing benches. We work on telesystems, which sounds complicated, but for us, it’s just our daily routine. We’ve been in Manesar for several years now. The commute can be a bit of a drag for some of the guys, but once we are here, we just get into the groove. The office part is pretty basic—just some metal desks and a few filing cabinets that are mostly full of old manuals. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We eat lunch together in the small break area and talk about cricket or the weather. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which gives us a few minutes to catch our breath. We handle a lot of technical work, but we try not to overcomplicate how we talk about it. It’s about making sure the signals are clear and the hardware is solid. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to make sure the equipment we send out works like it should. It’s honest work in a busy industrial hub.
