Our office is located on the second floor at 29/6 in Pant Nagar, which is part of the Jungpura neighborhood in New Delhi. It’s a pretty central spot, and we’ve been operating out of this building for a while. Even though we are part of a bigger name, this local office feels like its own little world. We spend our days dealing with travel bookings and helping people sort out their vacation or work plans. It’s mostly computers, phones, and a lot of coffee to keep us going through the busy hours. Jungpura is a nice area with a lot of history, and we like being part of the local scene here. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside, but we just focus on the bookings we have to finish. We don’t go in for fancy speeches or trying to sound like we’re something we aren't. We just know how to use the systems and how to talk to the airlines to get things sorted. People in the neighborhood know where we are, and we see the same faces quite often. It’s a practical job that requires a lot of patience, especially when travel plans start changing at the last minute. We just take it one booking at a time and try to make sure we don't miss anything important in the fine print. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s served us well in this Delhi office.
