We are based out of an office on Lane 7 in Gurgaon. The building number is 1525. It is not in the big fancy malls or the huge office parks you might expect. It is just a regular spot on a regular lane. We spend most of our time at our desks dealing with all sorts of travel plans. There are usually a few of us here, mostly staring at screens and talking on the phones. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and notes, but we know where everything is. It is a practical space. Gurgaon is a fast place, but inside our lane, it feels a bit more settled. We don't have a big sign or anything too loud. We just do the work. Sometimes people think we are a giant corporation with thousands of people in one room, but this is just our local branch. We handle things as they come. If a flight gets canceled or someone needs a change, we are the ones typing away to fix it. We drink a lot of tea to get through the afternoon. The neighborhood has a few small shops and it is easy enough to get to if you know the way. We have a small microwave in the corner where we heat up our lunch. The printer sometimes jams when we are in a hurry. It is just the way things go. We aren't trying to be anything we are not.
