At Makemytrip (India) Pvt. Ltd., we spend our time looking at computer screens and talking on the phones about travel plans. It’s a lot of typing and checking dates for flights or hotels. The office is right in the middle of everything, so there is always a lot of traffic outside. New Delhi is a fast place to live and work in. We try to keep up with all the requests that come in. It isn't always easy because things change so fast in the travel world. We have a lot of desks squeezed into the space and it can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. We eat our lunch at our desks or go out to the small stalls nearby for some tea. It is just a normal office job where we handle the details of trips. People come in and ask about where they can go, and we look it up for them. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones act up, but we just deal with it. It’s a steady kind of work and we have been in this Green Park spot for some time now. It’s a busy life but we like being in this part of town.
