This office is based in the Huda area of Gurgaon. Most people know the name from the television or the internet, but here on the ground, it’s just us working at our desks. Gurgaon is always changing, with new buildings going up and traffic getting worse every year, but we’re used to the pace by now. Our day is mostly spent looking at screens, dealing with travel plans, and answering phones. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is talking at once. We aren't doing anything magical; we’re just sorting out bookings and trying to make sure the details are right. If there’s a problem with a flight or a hotel, we hear about it and try to fix it. The Huda area is a good spot for us because it’s central. You see all kinds of people coming through this part of town. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just the usual office chairs and computers. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long afternoons. It’s a job like any other, really. We just happen to be the ones handling the travel side of things for people who are heading out on vacation or business trips. We keep it practical and try to stay organized among all the digital paperwork that comes through our system every single day.
