Mahindra And Mahindra Logistics is right here at Sixth Eastern Avenue in Maharani Bagh. We have been in New Delhi for a while now, just handling the day to day tasks of moving things around. It gets pretty busy with the phones ringing and drivers coming in to check their routes. The office isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Sometimes the traffic outside makes things a bit slow, but that is just how it is in Delhi. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and making sure the trucks are where they need to be. It’s mostly about coordination and keeping track of all the paperwork that comes through the door. The staff here knows the local area well, which helps when things get complicated. We have our coffee in the morning, start the logs, and just keep going until the sun goes down. People often drop by to ask about shipments or just to clear up some details on a delivery. It is a lot of practical work, nothing like what you see in those shiny corporate videos. We just try to keep the wheels turning without making too much of a fuss about it. Every day brings a new set of challenges, maybe a truck breaks down or a route is blocked, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a steady job and we like the rhythm of it.
