We are over at House Number 864 in Gurgaon. It’s just a regular house that we use for Magical Holidays Pvt Ltd and our work with Thomas Cook India Pvt Ltd. It’s located in a part of Haryana that’s seen a lot of growth lately. There’s always construction happening somewhere nearby, so you hear the sounds of hammers or trucks a lot. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. It doesn't look like a big travel agency from the outside, but we get a lot done inside. We spend our time booking trips and fixing schedules for people. It can be a lot of pressure when someone's holiday is on the line, but we just take it one step at a time. The office is pretty simple. We have our computers and some maps on the wall. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to make sure the tickets are right and the dates work out. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work to finish. We’re just a small group of people who know how to get things done. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s not too bad. We like the quiet of being in a house instead of a big glass building. It feels more personal that way. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can every single day.
