Lemon Tree Hotel

You can find us in Pampapuri, which is part of Ramnagar in Nainital, Uttarakhand. We are known as the Lemon Tree Hotel. It is a solid building in a place where the air feels a bit cleaner than in the bigger cities. People come here when they are traveling through India and need a place to stay for a few nights. We don't have any big corporate manuals or scripts that we have to follow. We just talk to our guests like they are regular people. Most of the staff here grew up in Uttarakhand, so we know the local area quite well. If you need to know about the roads or the weather, you can just ask one of us. We spend a lot of our time making sure the rooms are ready and that the tea is hot. It’s a simple kind of work but it keeps us busy from morning till night. The building itself is well-kept but it isn't like those fancy places you see in magazines. We have real wooden doors and windows that sometimes creak. We like the vibe here in Ramnagar. It is a bit slower than the city life. We don't make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. We just keep the hotel running and make sure people have what they need for the night. It is a practical way to live and work in the hills. We've been here for a while and plan to stay.
