Laxmi Repair Centre

Our repair centre is on Mata Mandir Road in East Rajiv Nagar. We are quite close to the bus stand, which makes it easy for people to drop things off on their way to work or when they arrive in the area. Laxmi Repair Centre isn't a high-tech facility with computers everywhere. It’s a workshop with workbenches, soldering irons, and a lot of spare parts lying around in plastic bins and old jars. We spend most of our time hunched over something that stopped working for one reason or another. It might be a motor or a small machine that someone needs fixed. There is always a pile of stuff waiting to be fixed in the corner, and it never seems to get smaller. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to take things apart and put them back together properly. The noise from the bus stand is constant, but it’s just background noise to us now after all these years. People from the East Rajiv Nagar area know us well. They bring in their broken items and we see what we can do to help. Sometimes we can fix it fast, sometimes it takes a few days to find the right part. We don't make any grand promises. We just do the work. The shop is small and a bit cluttered, but that’s how a real repair shop should look.
