Launch Offshore

It might seem a bit odd to have a company called Launch Offshore based in Haryana, since we are nowhere near the coast. But we’ve been running things from here for a long time. We handle all the behind-the-scenes work for offshore projects. It’s mostly managing people and logistics from our office. The space we have is quite simple. It’s just a few desks and some filing cabinets in a regular building. We don't have any views of the ocean, just the local roads and shops. Haryana is our home, so it made sense to stay here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing emails to people who are actually out on the water. It’s a lot of coordination and keeping track of dates and names. We aren't a big firm with a lot of hierarchy. It’s just me and a few colleagues. We’ve worked together for years, so we know how everyone likes their tea. Sometimes the internet goes down, and we just use that as an excuse to go for a walk. It’s a practical, straightforward kind of life. We don’t use any marketing fluff. We just focus on getting the right people to the right places at the right time. It’s a lot of spreadsheets, but someone has to do it. We’re just regular folks doing our bit.
