You can find our office in Hassanpur, Gurgaon. It’s a bit away from the main hub of the city, which is actually kind of nice because it’s not as loud. We work on travel plans for people, which usually involves a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and even more emails. Kuoni is a big name, but here in Hassanpur, we are just a small group of people working at our desks. We deal with the details of trips, making sure the dates line up and the bookings are confirmed. Gurgaon is always expanding, and sometimes it feels like there’s new construction right outside our window every month. Inside, we just have our computers and piles of brochures that we try to keep organized. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important to the people who are looking to go on vacation or travel for work. We spend our lunch breaks at the local spots nearby. We’ve been operating out of this Haryana office for a good while now, and we’ve gotten to know the rhythms of the area. We don't put on any airs; we just come in, do the work, and go home. Sometimes the systems go down and we have to do things the old-fashioned way, but we always get it done. It’s just a regular office where we try to make travel a bit less confusing for everyone who walks through our door.
