Kuoni Travels

We’re over at 440, Saraswati Vihar in Chhakkarpur, Gurgaon. It’s a local neighborhood, not one of those shiny office parks. Our office is right there among the houses and small shops. We handle travel stuff for Kuoni Travels. People come in to ask about trips or just to drop off papers. It’s a bit cramped inside because we have so many brochures and files everywhere. The street outside can get a bit narrow when cars are parked on both sides. We’ve been here for a while, so we know the people who live nearby. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use a lot of fancy travel jargon. We just tell people what’s available and help them figure out their plans. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in Gurgaon, so we have a generator to keep the computers running. The staff here is just regular people who like to help others see different places. We don't have a big front desk or a lobby. Just some chairs where you can sit while we look things up. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in the middle of all the paperwork and phone calls. It is a busy little spot but we have a good rhythm going here.
