Kuoni Travel

We are based over at H-160 in Karampura. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here for Kuoni Travel. The office is tucked away in the neighborhood, so it’s not something you’d see from a main highway or a big mall. Most of us living nearby work here, so we don’t have to commute very far, which is a big help with the traffic being what it is. We deal with travel stuff all day long. People come in asking about flights or where they should go for their holidays, and we just look things up on the screen for them. It’s a lot of typing and phone calls. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet slows down, but we get through it. Karampura is a busy area with a lot of people moving around, so there is always something happening outside the window. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound like a big travel brochure. We just tell people what the prices are and what they need to know for their trip. The office has been here for a while and we’ve got a lot of old files in the cabinets. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. We just like helping the local folks get their trips sorted without too much trouble or confusion. It's a humble little office, really. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. That's us.
