We are located at House No 171A in Gurgaon, which is where we handle things for Kuoni Travel India and the Sotc Group. It’s a bit different because we’re in a house rather than a big glass office building. It makes the workday feel a little more grounded, I guess. We spend most of our time on the phone or staring at flight schedules on our computers. Customers call us with all sorts of questions about trips and hotels, and we do our best to find the answers in our files. The office can get a bit cluttered with brochures and maps that nobody has looked at in a year. Gurgaon can be a noisy place, but our little corner is usually alright. We aren't some big corporate machine; we’re just a group of people who know how to navigate the travel industry. It’s a lot of staring at screens and hoping the systems don't crash. When the day is over, we lock up the house and head home like everyone else. It’s a straightforward job, and we’ve been at this 122001 address for a while now.
