Kuoni Travel Group Company

Kuoni Travel Group Company runs things from two main spots. We are over at B-49 in Shalimar Garden Extension II in Sahibabad, and then there is the other place at 98 Nagin Lake Apartment in Paschim Vihar. Most days it is just us answering the phones and trying to keep the paperwork sorted for everyone who wants to go somewhere. Ghaziabad can get pretty busy with traffic, so we spend a lot of time just coordinating between the two offices. It is not a fancy setup, just some desks and computers where we look at flight schedules and hotel bookings all day. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, but we just keep at it. People come in from the neighborhood to ask about prices or just to see what is available for the next holiday. It feels more like a small family shop than a big group most of the time. The Delhi office is a bit different but the work is the same. We have been in these locations for a while now and the locals know where to find us. We don’t have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the travel business well enough to help out. It gets noisy outside with the cars and the market nearby, but inside it is mostly just the sound of typing and people talking on their mobiles. We just try to get the job done without making it too complicated.
