Kuoni Destination Management

We operate out of House Number 961 in Sector 31, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. It’s a regular house that we’ve turned into our workspace for managing travel and tours. Being in a residential sector makes it feel a bit more relaxed than the big office parks nearby. We have a few rooms filled with maps, schedules, and various folders for different trips. The driveway usually has a couple of cars or a van parked out front. We spend our days coordinating with drivers and making sure the itineraries make sense. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to wait around, which isn't ideal when you're trying to book things. We make a lot of phone calls to hotels and other local spots. It’s mostly us sitting around a big table or at our individual desks trying to piece everything together. It’s a local operation here, even if we deal with people going all over the place. We know the neighbors, and the guy who sells tea at the corner knows us too. It isn't a high-rise office with a view; it’s just a house where we get the work done. We try to stay on top of things, though it can get a bit messy with all the printed papers and brochures lying around. We just work through the tasks and hope for no more internet trouble before the day ends and we head home.
