Our office for Kuoni Business Travel (I) Pvt Ltd Hrg Sita is in DLF Qutub Plaza. Specifically, we are at unit 104 in the DLF Qutub Enclave, Phase 1 area of Gurgaon. This part of the city is always moving. The plaza has a lot of other shops and businesses around us, so there is always noise from the corridors. Inside our space, there are desks with computers and plenty of chairs for when people come in to talk about their trips. We handle a lot of files and paperwork every day. The name Sita is on our door too. The air conditioning is usually running because it gets stuffy with all the machines. We have a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. Usually, the mornings are spent answering emails and looking at schedules. It is a normal office with white walls and some maps here and there. People come in from the plaza to ask about flights or hotels. We are right there on the first level so it is easy to walk in from the main parking area. Gurgaon can be a bit overwhelming with the traffic, but once you are inside the plaza, it is a bit more organized. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. It’s just a group of us sitting at our desks making sure everything is booked correctly for the people who rely on us for their travel.
