It’s a busy spot, especially with the temple nearby. We focus on the elevators and lifts around this part of Haryana. Most of our day involves technicians coming in to pick up parts or going out to a job site. We have a lot of heavy components sitting around and the smell of machine oil is pretty common in the back. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s where the actual work happens. We take calls from people who have lifts that aren't moving right or need a regular checkup. The staff here is pretty down-to-earth. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to each other; we just say what needs to be fixed.
