We operate out of Vidhut Vihar Colony, specifically at 123-B in the Type II section. It’s a quiet enough spot in Sarai Kale Khan, which is handy because we’re close to a lot of the main roads. Most of our work involves looking at properties and dealing with the paperwork that comes with real estate. It’s not always as glamorous as people think. There’s a lot of driving around to see different buildings and then coming back here to sit at the desk and make calls. The office is pretty basic, just a few desks and some filing cabinets full of maps and deeds. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit to get back to the computers, but we’re used to that. We talk to all kinds of people looking for a place to stay or an office to rent. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy pitches; we just tell people what we know about the market. Sarai Kale Khan stays busy with the bus station nearby, so there’s always movement around us. We’ve been in this little corner for a while, just doing the regular work of a property firm. It’s mostly about being organized and keeping up with the local news. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door or what property comes up for lease. We just keep at it.
