We are over in Patel Nagar, running Khatt Springs Hotel. It’s a busy little corner of Gurgaon to be in. The hotel isn't one of those massive chains you see everywhere. We like it that way. It’s more of a local place where we know most of the people who walk through the door. Keeping a hotel running involves a lot of small things people don't usually see. Changing linens, fixing leaky taps, and making sure the kitchen is stocked for breakfast. We do all of that ourselves mostly. Patel Nagar is a good spot because it's close to everything, but it can get quite noisy at night. We try to keep the rooms quiet for the guests who are just passing through for work or a short visit. It's a simple setup. We don't have a fancy lobby with marble everywhere, but the beds are comfortable and the tea is always hot. Most of our guests are regulars who have been coming here for years. They know what to expect. We don't spend money on big posters or radio ads. We just try to be helpful when someone asks for a room. Sometimes we're full and have to turn people away, which is never fun. But that's just how it is. We're just a small team trying to keep the lights on and the guests happy in this part of town without making a big fuss about it.
