Kababs& More

You can find us in V.P.O - Daulah, which is in the Gurgaon district of Haryana. We call the place Kababs and More. It is not in the middle of the big city with all the glass buildings and malls. Instead, we are out in the village area where things are a bit slower. We spend our days preparing food and keeping the kitchen running. It’s a simple setup. We have a few tables and chairs for people to sit down, but many just take their food to go. The air is a bit cleaner out here than in central Gurgaon. We get a lot of local people coming by, and some people who are just passing through the district. We don't have a massive menu, just the things we know how to make well. The kitchen gets really hot in the summer months, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most people find out about us because they saw the sign while driving or someone told them about it. We start early in the morning to get everything ready for the day. It’s a lot of manual work, chopping vegetables and tending to the fires. We just try to make something decent for the folks around here. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. No corporate nonsense, just a kitchen in Daulah.
