If you find yourself in Sushant Lok, specifically near FF-8, you’ll probably walk right past us. We’re a small travel team in Gurgaon, tucked away in this corner. Most of our day is spent looking at flight prices and trying to figure out why a hotel booking didn't go through. It’s not like those big websites where you just click buttons. Here, we actually talk to people. Sometimes customers come in frustrated because their plans changed, and we have to sit down and sort it out over a glass of water. The office has a few maps on the wall, but they’re getting a bit old now. We use a lot of post-it notes to remember who called and who needs a visa update. Gurgaon gets really hot, so the office is usually our escape from the sun. We’ve had the same furniture for years, and it’s got that lived-in feel. It’s not a corporate showroom; it’s a place where we try to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit hectic. Other times, it’s just us chatting about our own holiday plans that we never seem to take. It’s a local business through and through. We know the neighbors and the local shops. It's just a regular office doing regular travel work.
