Our office is in the Ifs Apartments, specifically at D-53 in Mayur Vihar Phase I, Delhi 110091. It is a residential complex, so it feels very different from a standard commercial office. We like the atmosphere here because it’s a bit more relaxed and friendly. Being in Mayur Vihar means we are well-connected but also tucked away from the heaviest traffic. We handle hospitality services, but our own office is very low-key. We have a few rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. Most of the day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it's answering the door or fixing the internet when it goes down. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. It’s just D-53. We’ve been here for several years and have a good relationship with the other people in the building. It feels like a real community. We don't use fancy marketing talk because we don't need to. We just do our work honestly and try to be helpful whenever we can. It’s a practical way to run a business and it suits us just fine. Sometimes we have tea on the balcony when the weather is nice, which is one of the perks of being in an apartment instead of a tall building.
