Our spot is in Dwarka, specifically in Sector 12, Pocket 8. We use Flat No 173 as our home base for this area. It's tucked away in a residential block, so it’s pretty peaceful compared to the main markets. Being in Dwarka means we spend a lot of time traveling between different sites and properties. The office is where we come back to file reports and handle the administrative side of things for Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of cabinets for all the paperwork we keep. You can hear the neighborhood kids playing outside in the afternoons. We’ve been here for a bit, and we like the local feel of the pocket. We aren't into the whole high-rise office life for this branch. We prefer being close to where the actual buildings and people are. Sometimes the parking in the pocket gets tight, but we make it work. We spend most of our hours on the phone or out on the field looking at sites. When we are here, it’s about getting the documentation right and making sure the schedules are set for the next day. It is a very basic, functional office. We drink a lot of coffee, talk about the local real estate, and keep the operations running from this little corner of Dwarka. It's simple but it works for us.
