Jllm Ltd is located right near the Vdik Ashram on the Delhi Road in Rewari. Being out here in Haryana means we have a bit more space than the city folks. The ashram is a good landmark to find us. The road can get quite dusty when the trucks go by, but it’s a direct route. Our building is pretty simple and we have been here for years. It’s not the kind of place with a big shiny sign. We just have our names on the gate. It’s a small operation, mostly family and a couple of guys from the village nearby. We don't have a human resources department or a marketing manager. If something breaks, we usually just fix it ourselves with a wrench or some tape. The office has an old fan that squeaks a bit, but it keeps us cool enough in the summer. We spend a lot of time on the phone, as you can probably tell from the numbers we give out. It’s a basic way of working, but it’s honest. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just take care of the business and go home to our families when the day is finished.
