We are located way out on the Jaipur Highway, around the 39-kilometer mark. It’s in Narsingpur Village, specifically on Old Manesar Road. It’s quite a distance from the main city, so the surroundings are a bit more open, though it's getting more crowded with factories every year. Jindal Mectecno Private Limited has its setup here because it makes sense for the type of heavy work we do. Being near the highway is helpful for the transport trucks, though the road can get pretty rough during the monsoon season. The facility isn't something out of a magazine. It’s a functional industrial space. We have our offices and the production areas all in one place. Most of the people working here come from the nearby areas or commute from Gurgaon. It’s a long day for most of us, starting early to beat the highway traffic. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing here. It’s more about making sure the machines are running and the deliveries are going out on time. The weather gets really hot in the summer out here, and the dust is constant, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just focus on what needs to be done each day. It’s a straightforward operation with no frills. If you’re driving down the highway, you’ll see the industrial clusters, and we are right in the middle of that.
