Jetways Travels (P) Ltd. has its office at Dlf-Gallaria, room 402, in Dlf-Iv, Gurgaon. If you have been to Galleria, you know it is a very busy place with a lot of shops and people constantly moving around. Our office is up on the fourth floor. It is a practical space where we handle all sorts of travel bookings. It gets a bit loud sometimes because of the shoppers downstairs, but we are used to the noise. We have people coming in to pick up tickets or talk about their upcoming trips. It is not a very big office, so it can feel a bit cramped when several people show up at once. We do not use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just find out where they want to go and try to find a way to get them there. The walls are covered with some old maps and calendars. We spend most of our time on the computers, checking for the latest updates on flights. Gurgaon is a fast-moving place, and our office in DLF Phase 4 is right in the heart of it. We like being accessible to people who are already out doing their errands. It is a straightforward business. We show up every day, answer the phones, and try to make sure nobody gets stuck at an airport. It is just regular work for us, and we have been doing it this way for a long time now. (254 words)
