If you go down M G Road toward Sikanderpur, you’ll find us in the Gangania Complex. We are Jain Tools & Repair Center. Our shop is full of grease, metal shavings, and more wrenches than you can count. It’s a small space, so things tend to get stacked up pretty high on the shelves. People bring us all sorts of broken stuff. Some of it we can fix right away, and some take a few days if we have to wait on a part to arrive. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room with magazines and coffee. Usually, you just stand by the metal workbench and talk to whoever isn't under a machine at the moment. It’s dusty and the lighting isn't the best, but we know our way around a tool kit. We’ve been in this complex for a while, and we know most of the other shop owners nearby. We usually have the radio playing some old songs while we work on the motors. It helps the day go by a bit faster. We don't do much advertising; most people find us because their neighbor told them we helped them out once. It’s a basic operation. We show up in the morning, fix what’s broken, and close up the shutters when the sun goes down. It’s just how we’ve always done things here on M G Road without making a big deal out of it.
