Jain Machinery Store

We’ve been here at 246 Jail Road for a while now. It’s in the Jail Land Complex, which everyone around here knows. Most days it is just us managing the machinery parts and making sure things are where they need to be. It gets a bit dusty with all the metal and heavy stuff sitting around, but that’s just how a machinery store is. We don't really do much fancy stuff. You walk in, see the machines, and we figure out what fits. The location is easy to find if you are coming down Jail Road. People sometimes get confused by the complex name, but we are right there in the middle of it. The shop isn't huge, but it's packed with stuff from floor to ceiling. Sometimes we spend the whole morning just moving crates around so we can actually walk to the back. It’s honest work. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, then it's back to looking at parts. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know where the bolts and gears are kept. If you need something for a project or a repair, we probably have it sitting on a shelf somewhere in the back room. It’s been the same routine for years. The floor is concrete and the lights flicker a bit when we turn on the big tools, but it works for us.
