We are set up at D-101 on the First Floor of South City 2 in Gurgaon, Haryana. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main highway. The office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make a lot of coffee, and the rooms are used for meetings and desk work. We handle stuff for the hospitality side of things. It’s not as glamorous as the hotels themselves, but this is where the planning and the paperwork happen. You’ll see plenty of maps and schedules pinned to the walls. We don't really go for the polished look. It’s more about having enough space to spread out our papers. The stairs to the first floor are a bit narrow, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, which is a nice change from typical office noise. We just go about our business and try to keep things organized. There isn't any big corporate talk here. We just discuss what needs to be done for the day and get to it. It’s a very practical environment. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't need many rules. We just show up at D-101 and do what’s required to keep things moving. We just take it as it comes.
