Itc Ltd. Hotels Division

We are located at the Welcomgroup Management Institute, which is D-2/16-A in DLF City Phase-I, Gurgaon. This is where the Itc Ltd. Hotels Division team spends most of its time. It is an institute building, so it has a bit of a school feeling to it sometimes. There are hallways and rooms that always seem to have people walking through them. We have our own section where we handle the hotel division stuff. It is not a flashy five-star lobby like the hotels themselves. It is more of a place for computers, files, and quite a few cups of tea. The chairs in the meeting room have seen better days, and the printer likes to jam when you are in a hurry. We just deal with it and keep going. Gurgaon is always moving fast around us, but inside the institute, things have a bit of a steadier pace. We focus on the admin and management side of the hotels from here. It is a lot of coordination and making sure details do not get missed. We do not really do the whole corporate jargon thing. We just talk to each other like regular people and try to get the work finished. It is a practical workspace for a team that has a lot to keep track of every day. We enjoy the routine and the familiar faces in the building.
