Itc Ltd. Hotels Division

We are set up at D2/16A in DLF City Phase 1, which is a pretty busy part of Gurgaon. It’s mostly just us handling the office work for the hotels division of ITC Ltd. It’s a standard office, nothing too flashy, and we spend a lot of our time dealing with the day-to-day logistics that come with running hotels. The traffic around here can get a bit much during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early. We have a small corner where we keep the coffee machine, which is probably the most popular spot in the room. The building has been here for a while and we know the other people working nearby. We handle things like paperwork, bookings, and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. It’s steady work and we have a good rhythm going. Sometimes the phones are ringing all at once and it gets a bit loud, but we manage. We aren't a huge team here, so everyone knows each other’s names and how they like their tea. It's just a regular group of people doing their jobs in a regular office in Haryana. We don't really do the big corporate meetings here; it’s more about sitting down and getting through the tasks on our desks before the sun goes down. It’s practical work and we try to keep it simple and honest every single day for the hotel side of things.
