Our office is located in the Indralok Estate, Part 1, over in Kolkata. The address is B9/4. It’s a typical Kolkata estate, with lots of buildings close together and plenty of activity all day long. We’ve been here for some time now. It’s not one of those huge skyscrapers you see in the business districts; it’s more grounded and simple. We handle things for the company from this office. The space is filled with old desks and filing cabinets that have been here for years. I like it because it feels lived-in and comfortable. Every morning, the local tea seller comes by, and we usually start the day with a hot cup while we look at what needs to be done. The fans hum overhead, and there’s always the sound of traffic from the main road nearby. We aren't doing anything flashy here. We just process the work, talk to the people we need to, and make sure everything is in order before we leave. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the commute a bit of a mess, but we always manage to show up and get the job done. It’s a steady kind of life. We know the other people in the building, and we look out for each other. We don't need a lot of fancy stuff to get the work finished. Just our computers, some good tea, and a bit of patience. It works for us and we just keep going day by day.
