I.T.C Classic Golf Resort C/Olandbase India Ltd.

The office for I.T.C Classic Golf Resort, managed by Landbase India Ltd., is on the second floor of J-4/24 in DLF Phase II, Gurgaon. It is a bit of a contrast being in a residential-style building while managing stuff for a big golf resort, but it works for us. Gurgaon is always noisy and moving fast, so having this spot on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy street below. We have been based here in Haryana for quite some time. The office is full of files, resort brochures, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing when you need them. We deal with all the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps a resort running, mostly just keeping track of schedules and talking to people on the phone all day. It is not a huge office, just a few rooms where we can sit and get the work done. The air conditioner is usually running because Gurgaon gets so hot in the summer, and there is always someone making a fresh pot of tea in the little corner kitchen. We do not have a big reception desk or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to see who it is. It is a very straightforward way of working, I suppose. We just focus on the logistics and the daily admin tasks. Living and working in DLF Phase II means we are close to everything, but it still feels like a local workplace.
