Our office is located at B-59, Arjun Park, in the Nangli Sakrabati area of Najafgarh. It’s out in New Delhi-43, so it’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we do all our coordinating. We handle facility services, which basically means we take care of buildings for other people. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure cleaners and repair crews are where they need to be. Even though it's part of a bigger company, this local branch feels pretty grounded. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules on the computer. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and a lot of files. Najafgarh is a busy spot and there's always noise from the street coming through the windows. We don't put on airs about being some big MNC, even if the name says so. We are just local people working a job. Some days are stressful when a client has an emergency, like a leak or a power failure, and we have to find someone to fix it fast. We just try to keep things running smooth for the people who hire us. It’s practical work. If you come by B-59, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and trying to sort out the next day's staff roster.
