We’re based out of a ground floor unit in Block-3 of Eros Garden. It’s a decent area in Faridabad, a bit quieter than the main city parts. The office at number 58 is where we spend our days. It’s nothing spectacular, just a workspace with a few tables and chairs. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it hasn’t been a priority lately. We’re more focused on getting through the tasks at hand. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we have a rhythm. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls. Sometimes the power cuts out, which is typical for around here, so we just wait for the generator to kick in. It’s a steady kind of life. We like the location because it’s easy to get to and there’s some greenery around the garden area. It makes a difference when you look out the window. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. If you come by, you’ll probably just see someone busy at a computer. We’re just a small group of people trying to make things work. We don't talk much about goals or visions, we just make sure the work is finished before we head home. It's a simple way to spend the week. We try to keep things organized despite the mess of papers.
