Intersolutions Hr Consultants is located at P1A-94 in the Princeton Estate. We are over in Phase 5 of DLF City in Gurgaon, which is a nice residential area. Being inside an estate makes the office feel a bit more quiet and private than being in a big commercial tower. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are searching for new jobs. It is a lot of listening and trying to figure out where someone might fit best. Our office is usually full of files and notebooks from all the interviews we do. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit on the balcony for a few minutes until the generator kicks in. Gurgaon is a tough place for job seekers, so we stay pretty busy all year round. We don't use any complicated language or fancy marketing tricks here. We just look at what a person can do and see if a company needs those skills. It is a straightforward process, even if it takes a lot of time to get it right. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea, and that’s usually where we gather to talk about how the day is going. It is a normal, everyday office where we work hard and try to help people find a way to earn a decent living.
