We are based over in Batla House, which is in the Jamia Nagar area of New Delhi. Our address is I-33/12, and it’s a pretty lively neighborhood to be in, especially in the evenings. We do a lot of tech-related work, mostly fixing things or helping with software issues for local clients and small shops. The office is usually full of cables, half-disassembled computers, and random parts we’ve kept just in case. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is kept. We spend a lot of time staring at screens, which can be tiring on the eyes after a long day. Jamia Nagar is a crowded place, and getting here through the narrow streets can be a bit of a challenge if you’re driving a car. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers all know our faces. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just show up, do the technical stuff that needs doing, and then go home. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble or a server goes down unexpectedly. There’s always someone coming in with a laptop that won't turn on or asking for help with a slow internet connection. We just take it as it comes and try to figure it out. It is honest work and it keeps us busy in this part of Delhi.
