Interglobe Technologies

Our office for Interglobe Technologies is on S-47 Road in DLF Phase-III. If you know Gurgaon, you know this area is always packed with people and cars. It’s a bit of a climb to get up to where we sit, and the building is usually humming with the sound of air conditioners. We spend most of our time sitting at our stations, dealing with whatever comes across the screens. It’s not a very quiet place, as there’s always someone talking or a meeting going on in the corner room. We’ve got a small area where we keep the coffee machine, which is probably the most used thing in the whole office. The windows look out onto the road, and sometimes we just watch the traffic jam up during the rush hour. It’s a lot of work keeping everything running, and we don’t have much time for anything else during the day. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs and then head home. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s a practical setup in a very busy part of the city. We’ve got the usual office stuff like stacks of papers and boxes of spare parts lying around in the back.
