Interglobe Technologies

Our place, Interglobe Technologies, is over at 417/11 Jacobpura in Gurgaon. It’s right there in the thick of things. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty hectic with the traffic and the noise, but we like it. We have been in this building for a bit. It is not a brand-new skyscraper like the ones you see in the newer parts of Gurgaon, but it is sturdy and it serves its purpose. Inside, it is mostly just us at our workstations. We do tech stuff, mostly handling data and back-end things for other businesses. It’s a lot of screen time and typing. We keep a fridge in the corner for cold water because it gets really hot in the afternoons. Sometimes we order lunch together if we are working on something that needs to get finished quickly. We aren't fancy people. We wear comfortable clothes and mostly just focus on getting the tasks done without too much fuss. There is always some problem to solve or a system that needs looking at. We don't really do big meetings or have those long speeches about goals. We just look at what needs to be fixed today and we do it. It’s a regular job for a regular group of people. We see the same neighbors every day and we have become part of the local routine here in Jacobpura. It is just how we run things. There is no magic to it, just working hard.
