Interglobe Technologies

This branch of Interglobe Technologies is based in House No. 164 in Sector 45 of Gurgaon. It’s tucked away in a quiet street, which is nice because Gurgaon can get really loud and congested. We use this house as our workspace. It’s not like the massive IT parks you see near the highway. We have our setups in the rooms and it feels pretty informal. Most of us just wear regular clothes and get on with the tech work. We spend the day handling data, fixing bugs, or managing systems. It’s a lot of screen time. Sometimes the internet is great, and other times we’re all complaining about the speed. That’s just how it is. We don't have a cafeteria, so we usually order in or bring food from home. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to a big corporate office. We know each other well since there aren't many of us here. If someone has a problem with a project, we just walk over to their desk and talk it through. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We don't worry about being polished or having the latest office furniture. We just care about getting the job done for the day. Sector 45 is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to, and it feels more like a community than a business district. It is simple but it works for us.
